Guarda acquires McKinnon

MONTREAL—In a deal that will help it take advantage of the expansion of mining in the province of Quebec, Guarda Security Solutions on July 13 announced the acquisition of McKinnon Services. Guarda Security Solutions is the Canadian subsidiary of Guarda World Security, one of the world's largest guarding companies with $1.2 billion in revenue and 45,000 employees.
