Amazon Ring and Flock Safety cancel partnership

SEATTLE — Less than six months after announcing a planned integration between Amazon’s Ring and Flock Safety’s network, Amazon confirmed the companies have jointly decided to cancel the partnership.
In a blog post released Feb. 12, Amazon stated, “Following a comprehensive review, we determined the planned Flock Safety integration would require significantly more time and resources than anticipated. As a result, we have made the joint decision to cancel the planned integration.”
