U.S. Alarms acquires Four Seasons accounts

FRACKVILLE, Pa.—U.S. Alarms, a Dynamark Security franchise based here, has purchased the alarm division assets of Bethlehem, Pa.-based Deiter Bros./Four Seasons Security. Terms of the deal, which was finalized Jan. 18, were not disclosed. Four Seasons is a division of Deiter Bros., an 83-year-old, family-owned heating and cooling services company.
