Alarm Capital Alliance expands in Georgia

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa.—Alarm Capital Alliance acquired more than 1,200 accounts from Bulldog Security Services of Dacula, Ga., strengthening ACA's position in the Atlanta area.
“It expanded our coverage of that market geographically a little bit, as well as adding to the customer base,” Jason Grelle, ACA VP of business development, told Security Systems News.

BELTSVILLE, Md.—Super-regional ASG Security is “having a strong sales year so far in Louisiana” and it's also building density through acquisitions in this region, ASG CFO Ralph Masino told Security Systems News.

I received an announcement today from Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group about super-regional security company ASG establishing a strategic relationship with Ray Cannedy Security & Investigations (RCSI), a guard company based in Wichita Falls, Texas. According to their website, RCSI is a provider of: patrol service, armed and unarmed guard service, courier service, and armored car service. FRACKVILLE, Pa.—U.S. Alarms, a Dynamark Security franchise based here, has purchased the alarm division assets of Bethlehem, Pa.-based Deiter Bros./Four Seasons Security.
Terms of the deal, which was finalized Jan. 18, were not disclosed. Four Seasons is a division of Deiter Bros., an 83-year-old, family-owned heating and cooling services company. Four Seasons provides burglary, fire, access control and video surveillance solutions.

Smooth. That's how Alarm Capital Alliance described a recent transaction that added more than 1,000 accounts to its existing account base in Alabama.
