SAN ANTONIO, Texas—United Central Control (UCC), a provider of wholesale alarm monitoring services, has announced the return of Tracey Ritchie to the organization as the company’s vice president and general manager, a newly established role designed to support UCC’s continued growth and strategic initiatives.
