Altronix names Monica Mejia director of new business development for Latin America

BROOKLYN, N.Y.—Altronix has appointed Monica Mejia as director of new business development for Latin America, the company announced.
In her new position, Mejia will be responsible for developing business opportunities throughout the region while supporting distributors, systems integrators and end users deploying Altronix technologies. Based in Mexico City, she will work alongside independent representative firm LAR.
According to Altronix, Mejia brings more than 18 years of experience in the security and datacom markets, along with extensive knowledge of the company's power and data transmission solutions.
"Monica is the perfect addition to our team with her energy, passion and magnetic personality to build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers in the LATAM region," said Alan Forman, president of Altronix.
The company said Mejia's industry relationships and familiarity with Altronix products and applications will help support continued growth in the region.
