AU Global CEO Steve Jones receives 2024 Excellence in Executive Leadership Award

IRVINE, Calif. – In an awards ceremony held on May 6 at California State University, Fullerton, Allied Universal Global Chairman and CEO Steve Jones received the 2024 Excellence in Executive Leadership Award from the university’s Giles-O’Malley Center for Leadership.

“I am honored to be recognized for the innovative strategies Allied Universal has implemented to further the security industry,” Jones said.  “Leadership and innovation have always held a steadfast place at the core of our company’s mission and remain the primary focus of our growth strategies. This award is a testament to the hard work of the entire Allied Universal team.”

Under Jones’ leadership, Allied Universal said it has developed and implemented several cutting-edge technology platforms that have revolutionized the security industry, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to automate certain aspects of recruitment and hiring, as well as the implementation of security strategies.

The Excellence in Executive Leadership Award recognizes outstanding Orange County or Southern California executives who have demonstrated exemplary success in one or more of the following: community engagement, cultural change, growth, innovation and/or strategy.

The vision of the Giles-O'Malley Center for Leadership is to develop the leadership capacity of students and the Orange County community through education, training, and outreach.  The center’s mission is to develop leaders by planning and delivering cutting-edge curriculum and leadership development experiences to undergraduate, graduate and executive-level students, alumni and organizations in Orange County.
