DALLAS—Brinks Home has relocated its headquarters to a new Class A office in Farmers Branch, Texas, marking the culmination of a multi-year effort to modernize the company’s operations and brand.
The smart home security provider said the new headquarters, located at 1501 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, occupies approximately 27,000 square feet within the Park West complex.
Brinks Home marked the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 9, attended by company leadership, local officials and project partners.
The move follows a broader transformation that began with the company’s 2021 rebrand, during which Brinks Home expanded its go-to-market channels, introduced its BHX Summer Sales program, and transitioned to a hybrid operating model. The company said those initiatives contributed to improved service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
“This move is the physical expression of everything Brinks Home has become,” CEO William Niles said. “This new space reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and sets a foundation for our next phase of growth.”
The seventh-floor suite was built out from a blank space in partnership with architecture firm BHA and HRNCIR Construction. Planning for the relocation began in September 2025, with construction starting in late January 2026.
Designed to support a hybrid workforce, the office emphasizes collaboration and employee engagement rather than traditional office density. The company described the layout as intentionally compact to keep the space active and in use.
Brinks Home also said the move improves its operational resilience by enabling relocation of its backup data center to a separate off-site location, increasing geographic redundancy.
The Farmers Branch site was selected in coordination with local officials and offers access to shared campus amenities, including dining, fitness facilities, conference space and EV (electric vehicle) charging.
Brinks Home provides smart home security systems and services to more than one million customers across North America.
