Netwatch taps Kris Slimmer to lead sales growth

LAKE FOREST, Calif.—Netwatch has named Kris Slimmer senior vice president of sales, tasking the security industry veteran with leading the company’s North American sales organization as it looks to expand adoption of its AI-enabled proactive video monitoring services.

Slimmer brings nearly 30 years of experience in sales, business development and operations within the security industry. He joins Netwatch after serving as division vice president at Admiral Security Services, where he oversaw the company’s $100 million National Capital Region business. Prior to that, Slimmer spent 13 years with Allied Universal, holding a series of leadership positions across sales and operations and ultimately managing a region valued at approximately $400 million.

Netwatch“Kris has run a $400 million P&L and built sales organizations that scale through both channel partners and direct enterprise relationships,” said Netwatch CEO Justin Nagy. “What sets him apart is his focus on developing people and his discipline as an operator. He is the right leader to take our commercial organization into its next stage.”

Netwatch said Slimmer’s appointment comes as the company continues to grow and expand its proactive security offerings across markets including retail, banking, critical infrastructure and commercial real estate.

In his new role, Slimmer will focus on strengthening customer and partner relationships while pursuing new business opportunities in the company’s core verticals.

“Netwatch has built something the rest of the industry is still trying to catch up to: a proven model where AI and skilled operators work together to stop incidents in real time, at scale,” Slimmer said. “The channel relationships, the enterprise footprint and the technology are already in place. My job is to help more organizations experience what proactive security means.”
