COPS Monitoring's Tennessee central earns Five Diamonds

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—COPS Monitoring, a wholesale alarm monitoring service, announced Feb. 11 that its Tennessee central station has earned Five Diamond certification from the Central Station Alarm Association.

The facility is one of five central stations COPS Monitoring operates in New Jersey, Florida, Arizona, Texas and Tennessee.

“This respected certification demonstrates our dedication to provide quality services to our 3,500 alarm dealers and their 800,000 customers,” Jim McMullen, president and COO of COPS Monitoring, said in a prepared statement.

McMullen added that the company would be pursuing the same certification for its newest central station, an 8,000-square-foot facility in Lewisville, Texas, in the coming months.
