DICE integrates AURA guard response into monitoring platform

BAY CITY, Mich.—DICE Corp. has integrated AURA's private security response platform into its alarm monitoring and dispatch software, enabling monitoring centers to dispatch licensed security guards directly from the DICE interface during alarm or verified video events.

Clear Response Monitoring and Clear Watch are the first monitoring centers to deploy the integration, allowing their dealer partners to offer on-demand guard response as an additional recurring service without managing their own response personnel.

Dice CorporationAURA connects alarm events to a network of state-licensed private security providers and dispatches the nearest available responder through its 24/7 control room. According to the company, its proximity-based dispatch model delivers an average response time of 18 minutes.

The integration is built on DICE's PSAP Connect broker, the dispatch platform that connects monitoring centers to more than 700 public safety answering points (PSAPs). With the addition of AURA, DICE users can now manage dispatches to both public emergency services and private security responders through a single platform.

"Our dealers have been asking for a way to offer real guard response without building it themselves," said Glen Carter, president of Clear Response Monitoring and Clear Watch. "Through DICE, our operators go from an alarm or a verified event on camera to a licensed guard on the way, from the same screen they work every signal on."

The integration is also being leveraged by Clear Watch's video monitoring service. When DICE AI identifies a potential threat, an operator can verify the event and dispatch a guard through AURA without switching systems or re-entering customer information.

Cliff Dice, founder and CEO of DICE Corporation, said the goal was to simplify the addition of guard response services for monitoring centers already using the platform.

"We built AURA directly into the DICE platform so a center can turn on guard response site by site, using the data it already holds," Dice said. "Clear Response and Clear Watch show it working on both alarm and AI video monitoring, and the integration is ready for any monitoring center on DICE."

For dealers, the service provides an opportunity to add recurring monthly revenue without operating vehicles, hiring guards or managing response operations. Once enrolled, dispatches are handled by the monitoring center and AURA, while dealers remain the primary customer contact.

The AURA integration is available immediately to monitoring centers using DICE dispatching products. Dealers can access the service through Clear Response Monitoring or Clear Watch, with AURA confirming coverage on a site-by-site basis before activation.
