DMP takes controlling stake in iENSO

SPRINGFIELD, Mo – Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has announced a strategic investment in supplier iENSO Inc, to develop video security technology.
iENSO is a developer and supplier of intelligent and connected embedded vision platforms. DMP said that iENSO’s video expertise together with their own extensive record of innovation, quality and customer service in the security industry positions the company for growth in the rapidly expanding commercial and residential video security market.

Thanks to this transaction, iENSO will also have access to DMP’s North American manufacturing resources, expertise, and dealer network, which will facilitate growth and development of camera products, cloud services and sensing solutions for all its core markets.
