DMP to host Dealer Roundtable in Colorado Springs

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.—Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) will host its 38th Dealer Roundtable Oct. 5-6 at Hotel Polaris in Colorado Springs, Colo., bringing together security dealers, technicians, sales professionals and company leaders for networking, education and business development opportunities.

Since its launch in 2013, the Dealer Roundtable has provided DMP dealers with a forum to share best practices, participate in tabletop exercises and engage directly with the company's executive management team.

Attendees will hear from fellow dealers and DMP leadership on topics including product implementation, operational efficiency, sales growth, leadership and company culture.

“Dealer Roundtable is unlike any other dealer event,” said Mark Hillenburg, DMP vice president of industry relations. “Every single person in your company has something to bring to the table. We've had dealers learn business-altering strategies they may not have considered otherwise.”

The event's keynote speaker will be Lt. Col. Jason O. Harris, a retired U.S. Air Force pilot and author whose No Fail Trust leadership program focuses on building trust within organizations. Harris will discuss strategies for creating workplace cultures that improve employee retention, performance and profitability.

Attendees will also participate in a flight simulator experience at Hotel Polaris, using F-16 and Boeing 737 MAX simulators designed to reinforce lessons in teamwork, communication and trust.
