IQinVision, exacqVision secure Community Health Network

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif.—The Indianapolis-based Community Health Network recently installed an exacqVision-IQinVision video surveillance solution, IQinVision announced Oct. 29. IQinVision offers high-definition mexapixel IP cameras.

Koorsen Security Technology designed and installed the project, made up of exacqVision Hybrid Servers and IQinVision HD megapixel cameras, according to the news release. The system secures Community Health Network's data center through constant video monitoring and easily-accessible recording.

“The exacqVision Hybrid Servers also needed to operate seamlessly with existing analog cameras and integrate with the new IQinVision IP megapixel cameras,” said Chris Stewart, manager of data centers and server technologies for Community Health Network, in a prepared statement. “A major benefit was the flexibility of the client workstations to be easily integrated into our Network Operations Center for continuous video monitoring.”

So far, Community Health Network has installed 42 IQeye Alliance dome and Sentinel Cameras, between one and 5 megapixels in resolution, according to the release.

Community Health Network is a non-profit health system comprising five hospitals and more than 90 buildings.
