Minuteman appoints Eric Joseph as global director of business development, strategy

ANDOVER, Mass.—Security and life safety integrator Minuteman Security & Life Safety has announced the appointment of Eric Joseph as global director of business development and strategy.

In this role, Joseph will lead Minuteman’s vertical market strategy, strengthen national partnerships, and accelerate the company’s expansion across key U.S. regions. His appointment reflects Minuteman’s continued investment in scalable growth, strategic alignment, and the delivery of high-performance security solutions for complex, mission-critical environments.

Minuteman Security & Life SafetyJoseph brings more than two decades of experience in access control, enterprise security systems, and strategic sales leadership. Most recently, he served as vice president of strategic sales at LenelS2, where he led enterprise initiatives focused on cloud migration, large-scale integrated systems, and emerging technologies, including NFC-enabled access solutions. During his tenure, he held multiple leadership roles, including senior director of the Northeast region and director of business development for the A&E Consultant Program, where he built strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and enterprise end users.
