FAIRPOINT, N.Y.—Bosch Security Systems has issued a recall of about 2,000 Bosch GV4 Fire Alarm Control Panels. The panels' notification appliance circuit modules can cause the panels to fail to activate an audible or visual alarm if there's a fire, according to a Consumer Affairs story. No incidents or injuries have been reported. According to Consumer Affairs, the recall involves panels “that have model numbers that end in GV4 and use D192G Notification Appliance Circuit (NAC) modules....
