Allied Universal named to TIME's list of best private companies

IRVINE, Calif.—Allied Universal has been named to TIME magazine’s inaugural list of America’s Best Private Companies 2026, the security and facility services provider announced. 

The company ranked No. 72 among 500 privately held companies recognized nationwide. TIME’s ranking evaluates companies based on employee satisfaction and overall company impact.

According to TIME, employee satisfaction scores were based on survey data from approximately 217,000 U.S. employees collected over the past three years. The evaluation included recommendations from current and former employees and assessments of factors such as workplace atmosphere, compensation, equality and company reputation.

TIME also examined company impact, including contributions to community safety, job creation, workforce development, client and public safety, and responsible business practices.
