BOCA RATON, Fla. — ADT, a provider of security, interactive, and smart home solutions serving residential and small business customers in the U.S., has reported results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. Financial highlights for the fourth quarter and full year are below with variances on a year-over-year basis unless otherwise noted. Results of the former commercial and solar businesses are presented as discontinued operations, except for cash flow measures.

Full Year 2025

• Total revenue increased 5% to $5.1 billion
• Solid core operating metrics with end-of-period recurring monthly revenue (RMR) of $359 million, gross revenue attrition of 13.1%, and revenue payback at 2.3 years
• GAAP income from continuing operations of $601 million, or $0.68 per diluted share, down $19 million
• Adjusted income from continuing operations of $750 million, or $0.89 per diluted share, up $65 million
• Net cash provided by operating activities of $1.9 billion, flat; Adjusted Free Cash Flow (including interest rate swaps) of $863 million, up 16%

Fourth Quarter 2025

• GAAP income from continuing operations of $146 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, down $51 million
• Adjusted income from continuing operations of $186 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, up $10 million
• Net cash provided by operating activities of $374 million, down $86 million; Adjusted Free Cash Flow (including interest rate swaps) of $154 million, down $70 million

Verint names Dave Rhodes as chief executive officer

SIA releases new Corporate Credential Design Guide

SILVER SPRING, Md.—The Security Industry Association (SIA) has released the Corporate Credential Design Guide, a new resource produced by SIA’s Credential Design Working Group and sharing recommended practices for the design and implementation of credentials and badges by corporate security teams. The guide covers key topics in physical credentials, identity verification, badge production, data security, counterfeiting protection, technology options and more. Corporate identity credentials are foundational elements of modern enterprise security, enabling access to buildings, systems and services while also representing organizational identity and supporting workforce mobility. Today’s corporate credential ecosystem, however, is fragmented, inconsistent and increasingly vulnerable to new forms of attack. The guidelines shared in the Corporate Credential Design Guide establish a unified, vendor-neutral framework for designing secure, interoperable and user-friendly corporate credentials.

SIA names Erica McCann as chair of SIA Government Relations Committee

SILVER SPRING, Md.—The Security Industry Association (SIA) has named Erica McCann - head of devices, advertising and cybersecurity public policy at Amazon - as chair of the SIA Government Relations Committee. The SIA Government Relations Committee is an expert-led group that helps identify and advise SIA members regarding legislation, regulations and other policy trends or pending government actions affecting the security industry and makes high-level recommendations for related actions. The committee’s efforts include guidance and advocacy on behalf of SIA members; the creation of publications and tools related to legislation, regulations and security grants; advocacy initiatives around tax reform, procurement policy, school security, regulatory relief and state policy; and the management of the influential Security PAC political action committee.

SIA releases 2026 revision to DC-09 standard

SILVER SPRING, Md.—The Security Industry Association (SIA) has released the 2026 revision of the SIA DC-09 standard - the trusted standard for secure IP-based communication between intrusion systems and monitoring centers. SIA DC-09 is an American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-approved standard for open and interoperable IP alarm transmission. The standard enables a secure, supervised connection between alarm systems and monitoring center receivers. SIA DC-09 has become the globally recognized standard adopted by the leading manufacturers of intrusion panels and alarm communication devices.

North Dakota Electrical Inspectors Association joins NFPA

Constellis’ AMK9 to donate K9 officer to Currituck County Sheriff’s Office

MOYOCK, N.C. — AMK9, a Constellis company and a provider of highly trained working dogs, has announced it will donate a fully trained K9 officer to the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) K9 Unit. “DAX,” a 20-month-old Belgian Malinois, joined his new handler, Deputy Eanes, and has begun training at the Constellis Training Center. New Mexico Junior College expands deployment of ZeroEyes

PHILADELPHIA — ZeroEyes has announced an expansion of its AI gun detection and intelligent situational awareness platform deployment at New Mexico Junior College (NMJC).
