Sargent & Greenleaf joins ASSA ABLOY Group

NICHOLASVILLE, KY –Sargent & Greenleaf (S&G), a provider of high-security locking solutions with more than 168 years of trusted innovation, has announced its official integration into the ASSA ABLOY Group, a global provider of access solutions.
Sargent & Greenleaf note they will continue to manufacture in Nicholasville, Kentucky, where the company has operated for more than 50 years. The integration into Assa Abloy does not change S&G’s long-standing commitment to its Kentucky manufacturing operations, workforce, or the local community that has played a vital role in the company’s success.
With the support of ASSA ABLOY Americas, Sargent & Greenleaf is now positioned to accelerate growth, enhance service capabilities, and expand its global footprint. Since joining ASSA ABLOY, the Sargent & Greenleaf team has focused on alignment, collaboration, and long-term growth.
