SecurityNext is here!

SecurityNext is here!

I’m so excited, and I just can’t hide it!

My apologies for channeling the Pointer Sisters, but we’re now just hours away from the must-see event of the year for you, the security industry, as we present the SecurityNext virtual conference on Feb. 24-25.

In addition to the keynote speakers, informative sessions and invaluable networking opportunities that the conference will provide in keeping with this year’s theme of “Staying Connected and Informed,” Security Systems News is truly honored to present the 2020 “40 under 40’ winners to close out the opening day of the conference.

This diverse and talented group of young security professionals is made up of prominent young security leaders from the integrator (13 winners), consultant (17 winners) and end-user (10 winners) classes, representing the next generation of leaders in security. For the full list of 40 under 40 winners, please click here.

It is also important to note that this year’s class includes 13 women, up from only seven last year, which not only reflects the increase in the number and quality of nominations we received for women this year, but also reflects the changing culture and dynamic within our industry.

To learn more about the Class of 2020, please click on the 40 Under 40 tab. In addition, we are profiling the Class of 2020 winners in each issue of SSN in 2021, we will be posting winners profiles on the website, so check back as we add more profiles each month!

In the January issue we feature Haley Glover, senior security consultant, Sapphire Risk Advisory Group; Leif Boren, senior manager of dealer services, AvantGuard; Michael Amaro, director of security engineering, Sentinel Consulting, and Scott Brinkman, senior manager, corporate security, Exact Sciences Corp.
