WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.—WeSuite, a manufacturer of sales management software for security technology sales and service providers, has announced the expansion of its web-based sales software, QuoteAnywhere, to a full-featured, standalone, lead-to-close sales platform.
QuoteAnywhere now includes many winning features previously only available in WeSuite’s WeOpportunity and WeEstimate software, as well as a full array of configuration and administration capabilities, making it the perfect solution for sales of any size and level of complexity.
The cloud-based platform empowers salespeople, engineers, approvers, and other sales team members to work wherever and whenever is most convenient. When building quotes, salespeople can switch between a customer-facing presentation mode to work collaboratively with prospects, and a non-presentation mode to create and adjust estimates. They can also sign and close deals on the spot.
QuoteAnywhere consolidates lead creation, assignment, management, estimating, proposal generation, and contract automation in a single, user-friendly platform designed for residential, small business, and commercial sales. Current clients may utilize QuoteAnywhere in conjunction with WeOpportunity and WeEstimate, shifting to the web-based platform in full when they like.
“Since QuoteAnywhere’s 2020 launch, we have seen increasing demand for web-based estimating among sales teams with complex workflows, multi-system sales, and customized proposal and contract documents,” explained WeSuite President Tracy Larson. “By adding our most popular features and modules in WeEstimate and WeOpportunity and launching QuoteAnywhere as a stand-alone platform, we are releasing the next generation of sales software for the security industry. WeSuite users benefit from full-featured lead-to-close software whether on the road, in office, or working remotely. We are very excited and expect QuoteAnywhere to be the go-to solution for new and existing WeSuite clients. We encourage everyone to see us at ISC West Booth 29093!”
Key features of the latest release include:
Automated Approvals Module: for creation, assignment, and use of pre-sale and post-sale job approval automation, including review and approval by email.
Change Orders: Enables quoting change orders after the original sale.
FieldHub Integration Enhancement: WeSuite part-level labor hours can be associated with parts from FieldHub for use when creating estimates. Labor categories, hours, and costs for winning jobs are exported to FieldHub for job creation and delivery.
Get Latest Pricing: Allows checking for material cost updates from the price source for existing quotes.
Notifications: Project alerts such as approvals required and reminders to salespeople.
Journal: Documents job status changes and enables the recording of job notes.
Sales Forms Module: A new module for creation and assignment of digital sales forms to capture additional information for estimating, booking, project delivery, and more. Examples include site survey information, booking information, product configuration requirements, and zone lists.
System Configuration: Company region and office creation, labor category and rate assignments, creation and assignment of group rights, user configuration, thresholds, and product licensing.
As new features are released, they are available to all QuoteAnywhere clients.
Release highlights for ISC West include:
Add a One-Time Part: Allows salespeople to include parts on estimates not found in the source database, without adding the part to the database, to keep the sales process flowing. Includes fencing around profit margins and approvals prior to winning the job!
Copy Estimates: Copy existing estimates including proposal and contract documents to saves time and provide a convenient starting point for new sales.
Fixed Price Contract Module: Enables configuration of government and special ‘fixed price’ contracts to guarantee contract part and labor pricing are used in estimates.
GP & Adjust Sell Price: Allows setting gross profit margins at the material, labor, chargeable items, and job levels to target margin or set sell price, while the system automatically adjusts cost and sell pricing categories.
Non-Presentation Mode: Users may select presentation mode when collaborating with prospects and non-presentation mode when creating and adjusting estimate pricing to arrive at final sell pricing and profit.
Supporting Documents: Permits salespeople to save supplier quotes, RFP information, surveys, and other reference documents related to sales within sales projects.
Test & Inspection Module: Enables configuration of test and inspection items per device type to automatically calculate inspection pricing as minutes per device, annual inspection cadence, and the percentage of devices to be tested. Calculations included on estimates may be a one-time sale or recurring revenue.
