WOBURN, Mass.—Advanced Data Risk Management (ADRM) has appointed Brian Karas as chief revenue officer, a move the company says will support continued growth across its consulting, managed services and software businesses.
Karas will lead ADRM's go-to-market strategy and oversee revenue generation for the company's three business lines: security consulting, managed services and DEFENDER, its security program management platform. He will report to CEO Dan O'Neill.
The appointment comes as ADRM expands its pursuit of enterprise, data center and public-space projects in the U.S. and international markets. The company said it is seeing growth across its advisory, managed services and software operations, particularly within Fortune 500 campuses, data centers, universities, arenas and transportation hubs.
"I first worked with Brian when he came in as a business growth consultant, and the impact was immediate," O'Neill said. "Bringing Brian on full time as our chief revenue officer was an easy decision."
According to ADRM, Karas will focus on expanding the company's direct sales and partner channels, strengthening relationships with enterprise IT, facilities and security leaders, and growing its presence in more than 30 international markets where it currently operates.
Karas brings more than 20 years of security industry revenue leadership experience. Before joining ADRM, he worked as an M&A consultant and held sales leadership positions at several security companies.
"What drew me to ADRM as a consultant is what makes me excited to join as CRO," Karas said. "This team solves the hardest security problems for the organizations with the most at stake, and it does it with a depth of expertise that is rare in this industry."
