Everon acquires Riverside Integrated Systems

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Everon recently announced the purchase of Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc., based out of Grand Rapids, Mich.

This will be the fifth acquisition that Everon has completed since emerging as a standalone organization in October 2023, and its fourth this year. With the purchase of Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc., Everon said it continues to deliver on its promise for geographic and service coverage expansion across the U.S.

A day prior to this announcement Everon had completed its fourth acquisition by adding Customized Service Concepts, LLC, a banking security integrator located in the New Hampshire and Connecticut region. Bresingham commented on that pickup, saying, “…we’re adding critical expertise to our organization and enhancing the quality and depth of service we can provide across the New England area.”

Established in Grand Rapids over 33 years ago, Riverside Integrated Systems, Inc. has a focus on fire, life safety, security, and communication services integration for a wide range of commercial environments. Over the last three decades, the company has grown to become one of the largest fire alarm contractors in Michigan.
