Genetec named nine-time top Montreal employer

MONTREAL—Unified IP solutions provider Genetec has been named a Top Employer by Mediacorp for the ninth year in a row.
The award was given based on the company's flexible hours, “generous” vacation and time-off, comprehensive group insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, employee referral program, on-site gym, health and wellness workshops and a popular gourmet bistro, according to a prepared statement.
Genetec was also praised for cultivating next-generation talent through a comprehensive internship program, with many interns returning to become full-time employees after graduation. Read more about its company culture here.
