Monitronics announces Mungiguerra as VP field service

DALLAS—Monitronics on Aug. 5 announced the appointment of Bruce Mungiguerra as VP of field service. Mungiguerra has eight years of experience in security and joined Monitronics in July 2006 as director of consumer sales. He was promoted to director of field service in January 2008.
“I'd like to see this new role fortify the dealer operations footprint and to better energize the dealer network,” Mungiguerra said. “My broader vision for the company is to strengthen and unify operations for our network of about 700 authorized dealers.”
Customers will be impacted by Mungiguerra's promotion, as well.
“When a customer has a service problem, I want to make the process of resolving it quick and easy,” he said. “Part of how we will do this is by improving how our authorized dealers communicate with us.”
CEO Mike Haislip said this promotion recognizes the efforts of Bruce and his team to improve the level of service provided to dealers and to customers.
