Bay Alarm of California, which says it is “the largest independently-owned and operated alarm company in the United States,” just got a bit larger, according to a news release. Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Long Grove, Ill. recently sent over the following tidbit: Low Voltage Systems, located in Poway, Calif. has been acquired by Bay Alarm Company, with offices throughout California.
