Viisage completes acquisition, wins federal contract

January 29, 2004 SPRINGBORO, Ohio - Valued Relationships Inc., a provider of medical response monitoring, has sold its security division to Alarm Capital Alliance, a specialty security lender based in Woodlyn, Penn.
