Emerging Leaders Under 40CZOSCHKE: As the inaugural learning & development manager at Arcules, I've collaborated with stakeholders to identify business objectives, conducted needs assessments, and developed a comprehensive L&D strategy. I design e-learning modules, facilitate workshops, and deliver training sessions, encompassing product knowledge, DE&I, and presentation skills. I've led vendor competitive analysis projects, resulting in the launch of the Arcules Academy (LMS) within nine months of hire. To continually enhance program outcomes, I evaluate learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback collection. Furthermore, I've partnered with executive leadership and HR to provide coaching and mentorship, fostering individual growth and development for team members.

CZOSCHKE: As a young leader in the security industry, I'm drawn to the sector's immense potential for positive change. My unconventional background in education and hospitality has equipped me with a unique perspective, allowing me to approach security challenges with fresh solutions.
