IdentiSys acquires LINSTAR

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.—IdentiSys, an integrator and provider of identification and access control has acquired LINSTAR, a full-service security systems integrator, located in New York.
LINSTAR has installed and serviced identification, emergency management and a wide variety of security solutions to customers throughout New York and Pennsylvania since 1998. It serves the corporate, government, financial, healthcare, education, and security markets. LINSTAR will continue to operate under its own name, as a division of IdentiSys. All of the LINSTAR staff will b e retained.

We welcome the addition of the outstanding LINSTAR staff to our organization and, together, we will provide our customers with the IdentiSys sales and service experience we proudly deliver throughout the rest of our corporate footprint. We are also looking forward to implementing some of LINSTAR's product lines and best practices to improve IdentiSys' security solutions portfolio across North America.”
This deal represents IdentiSys' 12th dealer acquisition in the last 10 years, the company said.
