IQinVision announces educational IQsummits for 2009

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., and LANCASTER, Pa.--IQinVision, a producer of megapixel network cameras, smart IP cameras, and network video recording systems, announced Dec. 29 that it would hold a series of educational summits in 2009. IQinVision chief marketing officer Paul Bodell said these summits aim to educate the industry on the power of IP video. "About five or six years ago, we realized that we needed to educate the market on IP video, that no one else was doing that. So we created these events," said Bodell. "Six years ago there was a wave of early adopters. Now more mainstream people are saying 'Hey, you know, we need an IP Video 101. And we need to not just know why megapixel, but we need to know what are the other components.'" The IQsummit events are open to anyone interested and come complete with a free IQeye megapixel camera. More information on attending one of the IQsummits can be found at http://www.iqeye.com/index.php/home.html.
