Mission 500 receives more than $500,000 in 2015

MIAMI—Mission 500 has reached a donation total of $507,000 for this year after receiving more than $18,000 at the SIA Gala in New York City and the Miami Mixer.
“These two events culminate another very exciting year for Mission 500,” George Fletcher, advisory council member/volunteer for Mission 500 said in a prepared statement. “We continue to build on our strong foundation within our industry, forming a united front to address needy children. We're very grateful to all of the supporting organizations and great pool of volunteers who invest resources and time to make our events successful.”
The funds will help support children in need, both locally and internationally, through World Vision, Mission 500's parent entity. Security Systems News works with mission 500 on the annual Security 5K, held during ISC West.
