LAKE FOREST, Calif.—Netwatch Group has announced a streamlined leadership structure that further unifies Netwatch and National Monitoring Center (NMC) under the direct oversight of Group CEO Kurt Takahashi.
This evolution reflects Netwatch’s continued focus on operational alignment, shared growth, and delivering exceptional value to its clients, the company noted in its announcement.
With this change, both Netwatch and NMC will report directly to Takahashi, enhancing collaboration across business units and strengthening our global platform. This transition follows the departure of Woodie Andrawos, who made lasting contributions to NMC during his tenure. Andrawos, who co-founded NMC in 2001 and served as its president since 2013, was named as CEO of ORR Protection on June 16.
“We thank Woodie for his leadership and wish him well in his next chapter,” the company said.
"As CEO, I’m excited to work even more closely with our outstanding teams across both brands,” Takahashi stated. “This unified structure positions us to operate with greater agility, deliver even stronger outcomes for our customers, and accelerate growth across the Netwatch Group.”
