Pivot3 lands another $25 million?

I'm not seeing it anywhere else, but a web site called Texas TechPlus has a blurb that says Pivot3 has raised another $25 million. Here's what you get without paying (which I didn't do):

Spring, Texas-based Pivot3, a developer of data storage products based on the iSCSI protocol, has raised $25M as part of an ongoing, $30M funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm Thursday. No details on the funding have been announced. Pivot3 has previously raised capital from Interwest Partners, Lightspeed Ventures, Mesirow Financial, and Silver Creek Technology Investors.

So, it's unclear who's actually in this round, or when it closed, etc. I've got a call into Pivot3 - let you know what I find out.
