Quikserv and U.S. Bullet Proofing establish Specialty Fenestration Group

HOUSTON – Security and transaction system companies Quikserv and U.S. Bullet Proofing have come together to form a new parent company with Specialty Fenestration Group (SFG).

This new company combines the expertise of both to streamline customer access and extending market access for SFG. Quikserv and U.S. Bullet Proofing will continue to operate as two separate independent brands following a single strategic direction as they continue to grow and innovate in the security space according to a release by SFG. "The creation of Specialty Fenestration Group allows us to closely integrate our companies under one powerhouse," said Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Fenestration Group, Jason Epps. "This will allow us to fortify our market position, accelerate and expand our domestic and international growth and allow us to deliver more value from the back to the front end of our businesses for the benefit of our customers."

Epps retains the title from and leadership role with Quikserv and is joined on the new executive management team by Lisa Csikos as Chief Financial Officer, Hector Vallejo as Chief Revenue Officer, and Chris Cordle as Chief Operating Officer. Ken Sampson, founder of U.S. Bullet Proofing, will continue as leader and President.
