Ryan Estis named opening keynote for ESX 2020

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Business leader and speaker Ryan Estis will keynote Electronic Security Expo (ESX) 2020, held at the Music City Center here June 9-12.

Estis, who spent 15 years helping companies connect with employees and customers, will offer practical advice for cultivating a healthy workplace. Estis also publishes original research on sales and leadership trends, and blogs regularly on business performance.

“We're thrilled to have Ryan Estis as our keynote for ESX 2020. He's an incredible speaker and will inspire our attendees to cultivate healthy workplaces, elevate engagement and build high-trust and high-value relationships,” ESX Chairman George De Marco told Security Systems News. “That's really what it's all about — relationships — which sets ESX apart from similar conferences in the electronic security and life safety space.”

Session attendees will walk away from this keynote ready to embrace change in the new economy; learn from global workforce trends and forecasting; build high-trust, high-value relationships; connect employees to a shared vision and set of values; and effectively use emerging technology to improve communication, culture and work life.

The Electronic Security Association (ESA) and The Monitoring Association (TMA) will mark the 13th anniversary of ESX, where professionals representing all facets of the industry come together for an open, productive exchange of knowledge, experience strategy and tools, aimed at advancing professionalism and maximizing business growth.

“ESX is the premier conference for cultivating those business relationships and this year we've really crafted a conference program designed to foster meaningful connections and education,” said De Marco. “New at ESX 2020, you'll see Tech Tours matching interested exhibitors and attendees, and more networking opportunities and interactive discussions.”
