UNIONTOWN, Ohio – March 15 marked the official launch of Securitas Technology, a provider of integrated security systems that brings together decades of experience.

The announcement arrives following Securitas’ acquisition of Stanley Security in July of 2022 for $3.2 billion in cash.  “Our combined offerings and global footprint enable us to solidify our expertise in technology and unlock opportunities for innovative solutions.” said Tony Byerly, global president of Securitas Technology, following the acquisition last year. Now the company says it is poised to redefine the future of the industry.
