Leadership change at Stanley CSS

NAPERVILLE, Ill.—Tony Byerly, president of Stanley CSS North America and United Kingdom, is leaving the company. Stanley has named Martin Schnurr as his replacement, Security Systems News has learned.
Schnurr, who is currently president of Stanley Hydraulic Tools, has been with Stanley for 16 years.

GTCR to buy Pro One: Covert and Whall back in business

LAWRENCE, Kan., and CHICAGO—Jim Covert and Tim Whall will be back in the security business following the close of a $828 million deal, announced today, where private equity group GTCR acquires Protection One.
