AvantGuard acquires Armstrong’s National Monitoring Centers

OGDEN, Utah – AvantGuard, a professional monitoring solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of Canadian based Armstrong’s National Alarm Monitoring.
The move also sees AvantGuard pick up Armstrong’s monitoring centers and officers in Dartmouth, Montreal, Edmonton, and Moncton. The acquisition now gives AvantGuard eight different monitoring centers spread across the United States and Canada.

The Monitoring Association announced today through its blog that AvantGuard's president and COO Justin Bailey has joined TMA's board of directors, representing contract monitoring companies.

OGDEN, Utah—Last week, on Oct. 3, there was a test of the Presidential Alert system, which went out to televisions and radio as well as mobile phones.
