ASIS announces Accolades winners

ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Access and camera systems dominated the 2013 ASIS Accolades Awards. Chosen for providing the most innovative new products, services and solutions, the 10 winners were announced Sept. 12.
“Advances in access systems and video surveillance technology impressed the judges this year, as did the overall high quality of these products,” said Howard Belfor, Accolades co-chair.
The 10 winners will be recognized during the ASIS International seminar, Sept. 24-27, at McCormick Place in Chicago. They are: Axis Communications, DAQ Electronics, FST21, HID Global, Medeco Security Locks, Samsung Techwin America, Sargent Manufacturing Company, Securitron Magnalock Corp., SRI International Sarnoff and Thermal Imaging Radar.
“This year's entries again display the unique innovation, creativity and functionality of the products and services on the market today,” said Ron Lander, Accolades co-chair.
