DSI supports Allstate Arena's deployment of advanced screening technology

ROSEMONT, Ill.—DSI Security Services is partnering with Allstate Arena to support the implementation of advanced weapons detection screening technology at eight key venue entry points, a move aimed at enhancing guest safety while improving entry efficiency for the millions of visitors who attend events at the facility each year. The new screening system represents a significant investment in proactive venue security, utilizing advanced walk-through detection technology designed to identify potential threats while streamlining the guest screening process. The technology will be used for concerts, sporting events, family shows and other live entertainment events hosted at the arena. “At DSI, our mission is to deliver innovative security solutions that protect people, assets and communities,” said Eddie Sorrells, CEO of DSI Security Services and 2026 ASIS International president. “We are proud to partner with forward-thinking organizations, such as Allstate Arena, that share our commitment to creating safer environments while maintaining a positive guest experience.” DSI said it will work closely with venue leadership in the coming weeks to support the rollout of the enhanced screening measures, which are aligned with industry best practices for large public assembly venues.
