FAST adds Stephenie Haldane to its board of directors

DALLAS—The Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST) has named Stephenie Haldane of HID to its board of directors.

The FAST Board of Directors is an expert-led group drawn from the membership of the Security Industry Association (SIA) and the Electronic Security Association (ESA) and that defines and refines FAST’s strategic plan, as well as the foundation’s annual goals.

FASTWith over 28 years of experience in building, developing and leading teams across North America, Haldane is a visionary leader passionate about empowering teams to achieve excellence, drive innovation and foster sustainable growth. She currently serves as vice president of end user business development for physical access control at HID, a global leader in security solutions.

Before joining HID, Haldane led the launch of a new division at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, specializing in electronic door locks and access systems for the senior living market. Her expertise extends beyond access control to RTLS, mobile credentials, new construction and product development.

Haldane is dedicated to cultivating high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results, outstanding service and lasting partnerships. Her skills include sales leadership, strategic planning, public speaking and team building.

In her FAST board role, Haldane will take a leading role in guiding FAST’s involvement in college outreach efforts developed by SIA and PSA.

FAST is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization promoting careers in the physical security technology and life safety industry. Created in 2020 through a partnership of SIA and ESA, FAST connects passionate, innovative professionals with new opportunities in electronic security and life safety. The foundation brings awareness to the career advancement opportunities within the fast-paced technology industry that serves to keep people, places and property safe.
