SecuritySpecifiers to conduct session at ISC West

LAS VEGAS—SecuritySpecifiers announced that it is conducting a session titled, “Understanding Security Systems Commissioning” at ISC West 2020, held here March 17-20.

Security Specifiers Managing Director Ray Coulombe told Security Systems News that the panel will discuss the “often misunderstood and sometimes poorly defined” project close-out activity referred to as commissioning.

“I am happy to host an encore presentation of one of our top CONSULT 2019 sessions,” Coulombe said, referring to the conference for security consultants SecuritySpecifiers organizes each year in the Fall. “'Understanding Security Systems Commissioning' is a little-discussed yet important topic for not only consultants, but also for integrators and end users.”

Moderated by James Krile, RCDD, Heapy, the panel features Lorna Chandler, CPP, Security By Design; Forrest Gist, PE, CPP, Jacobs; and Jim Henry, independent consultant, who will explore essential aspects of commissioning's increasingly complex and interconnected security management systems.

The session, free to all ISC West badge holders, is on March 19, 2020, from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. in Sands room 302. For more information please contact: Ray Coulombe at ray@securityspecifiers.com.
