NAPCO appoints Joseph C. Pipczynski, Jr. as chief revenue officer

AMITYVILLE, N.Y.—NAPCO Security Technologies, a manufacturer of electronic security products, has announced the creation of the chief revenue officer (CRO) role and the appointment of Joseph C. Pipczynski, Jr. to the position, effective Jan. 20, 2026.
Pipczynski will report to Kevin Buchel, president and chief operating officer. In addition, Stephen Spinelli, senior vice president of sales, will report directly to Pipczynski.
