DirectView signs deal with CannaPods

NEW YORK—DirectView Holdings, parent company of DirectView Security, on June 19 announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with CannaPods, whereby DirectView Holdings will be engaged as the exclusive security solutions provider for CannaPod's customizable portable cannabis grow rooms.

Roger Ralston, CEO and chairman of DirectView, said in a statement, "While this helps to further our penetration into the cannabis space for security, it also opens the door to security for controlled growing environments in numerous other industries. We intend to work diligently to provide exceptional service to this important new partner and look forward to continuing to grow our businesses together."

Under the terms of the agreement, CannaPods will exclusively recommend, promote and endorse DirectView as its vendor of choice for the planning and installation of video surveillance, video monitoring, video recording products and related services for the launch of their proprietary grow room environments for the cannabis industry.

The agreement also covers PonicPods, a sister company of CannaPods, which provides customizable commercial growing environments targeting various industries including organic foods and biofuels.

"We at CannaPods are very excited about this new strategic partnership with DirectView. As we continue to launch our business around the world, we feel the combination of our resources can only result in continued success," said Eddie Bauer, chief development officer of CannaPods, in a prepared statement.
