DALLAS—The Electronic Security Association (ESA) has announced the 2025 Board of Directors election results, with members of ESA recently voting for several open positions on the board, resulting in the election of a group of dedicated professionals who will help shape the future of the association.
In accordance with ESA’s bylaws, this year’s election included positions for three integrator directors and one associate member director. The integrator directors are Jeremy Bates, vice president of business development of Pye-Barker Fire & Safety; Melissa Brinkman, CEO of Custom Alarm; and Brendan Armstrong, controller of Trinity Wiring & Security Solutions. The newly elected associate director is Jake Voll, CEO of SS&Si Dealer Network.
These individuals will play a vital role in advancing ESA’s mission and ensuring the organization continues to lead and support the electronic security and life safety industry, the association said in its announcement.
ESA board members work collectively to ensure sound governance, establish strategic direction, and implement policies that drive the association’s goals forward. They also monitor progress and outcomes to ensure ESA remains aligned with its vision.
Voting opened on May 12, 2025, and closed on June 3, 2025. The election was conducted electronically through a secure third-party platform to ensure transparency, accuracy, and integrity.
“Congratulations to the candidates and the LINC Committee on a competitive, well-run election,” said ESA Chairman and Doyle Security COO Kevin Stone. “Your dedication and commitment to serving ESA and the electronic security industry helps lead us forward. Special thanks to the candidates for stepping up and contributing to a vibrant and engaging election process.”
