NMC centers now Five Diamond

LAKE FOREST, Calif.—National Monitoring Center's two monitoring stations, located here and in Irving, Texas, are now CSAA Five Diamond certified.
“Achieving the Five Diamond Central Station Certification validates all of the hard work and the forward-thinking philosophy of our company,” Woodie Andrawos, president of NMC, said in a prepared statement.
“NMC's mission is to provide the highest degree of technology, customer service and CSR training for the benefit of our dealers, and the CSAA certification signifies our commitment to remain the nation's premier central station,” Andrawos said.
