Security 101 deepens regional, vertical expertise with Dorrian Properties

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Security 101, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a national provider of commercial security solutions, has announced its acquisition of Dorrian Properties LLC, paving a way forward for northeastern development.
The deal, Security 101’s 18th, expands the company’s footprint in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, two key markets in the region.

YARMOUTH, Maine—For students, getting into college can be tough and rising tuition is certainly challenging. For the college itself, figuring out how to enable easy but secure access in and around campus also presents a puzzle. Universities want students, faculty and visitors to have efficient access to public areas, dormitories and classrooms, but access points need to be monitored.
