LAS VEGAS—Six acquisitions in six months. A rebranding that has employees excited. There’s lots going on in the world of Everon, formerly ADT Commercial.
The wave of M&A activity began in December with the acquisition of Newtech Systems, followed by Apex Integrated Security Solutions and Portland Safe in January, Riverside Integrated Systems and Customized Service Concepts in early February, and most recently, DIGIOP in March.

Everon acquires Portland Safe

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Everon, formerly known as ADT Commercial, has announced the purchase of Portland Safe, Inc., based out of Gray, Maine.
The acquisition of Portland Safe marks the second that Everon has completed in the last month, following its announcement on Dec. 6, 2023, that it had acquired Kentucky-based Newtech Systems. Everon said that the company is rapidly making strides toward its goals for geographic expansion and meaningful market growth.

BOCA RATON, Fla.—Everon, also known as ADT Commercial, has completed its first acquisition since establishing itself as a standalone company with the purchase of Newtech Systems, based out of Ashland, Ky.
This marks the first M&A activity for Everon since GTCR’s acquisition of the company in October, and makes steps towards delivering on the company’s objectives for growth and geographic expansion.
