Nominations open for PSA/SSN Integrator of the Year/Bill Bozeman Awards

WESTMINSTER, Colo., and YARMOUTH, Maine— PSA and Security Systems News are calling on the best and brightest security integrators to step into the spotlight. 

Nominations are now open for the fifth annual Integrator of the Year and Bill Bozeman Awards -honors that celebrate innovation, leadership, and the integrators setting the pace for excellence across the industry. 

Winners will be awarded at PSA TEC 2026 - taking place April 21-24 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver - and featured within the pages of SSN.  

Broken down by size, there will be a winner in each category: 

• Small (up to $5 million); 

• Medium ($6 million-$25 million); and 

• Large (more than $25 million) 

There will also be an overall winner, which will be honored with the Bill Bozeman Award. 

"Partnering with PSA for the fifth year running underscores our shared commitment to spotlighting the integrators that set the standard for excellence in security,” said SSN Editor Cory Harris. “These awards celebrate innovation, leadership, and the people driving our industry forward." 

Bozeman led PSA as CEO for more than 20 years and has won many prestigious industry awards, including the Paul Marcus Award and the George Lippert memorial award recognizing outstanding contributions to the Security Industry Association (SIA). He was also the recipient of the inaugural Security Legend Award from Security Systems News in 2020.

General criteria for the award include: 

• Financial success – Revenue growth year over year 

• Impact on/Involvement in the industry 

• Commitment to community 

• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion 

• Employee satisfaction

Last year’s winners were:  

Small business category – PSLA (Photo-Scan of Los Angeles) Security Systems from Los Angeles 

Medium business category – Integrated Security Technologies (IST) from Waipahu, Hawaii 

Large business category – NextGen Security from Exton, Pa. 

Bill Bozeman Award winner - Preferred Technologies from Houston
