TMA names Karen Monroe as program and administrative coordinator

MCLEAN, Va.—The Monitoring Association (TMA) has announced the addition of program management professional Karen Monroe as its program and administrative coordinator.  

In her new role, Monroe will be responsible for TMA’s Five Diamond, IQ, and FirstNet designation programs. Having previously managed customer accounts across the United States in the real estate sector as a title clearer, she brings a broad and diverse range of experience to the position.
